    Why bother opening 2 abx at same place but only thinking about only one
    The good thingsAt first it was okey till the company only think about one shop over the other one in the same place.

    A great platform to start your career
    The good thingsI started as a rider and jump as supervisor and now as dc executive in just 3 years. I believe management is fully supporting me to go further and keep me growing better as a human being and as a worker.
    The challengesThe working environment here is good but sometimes you have to deal with many kinds of attitude from drivers and riders. The most challenging part is how we are going to improve KPI as it will be hard to achieve if we do not get enough support and teamwork from others.

    The good things-get to learn on many knowledge in process of a courier and logistics company -lean to be more patient in everything in life, such as to wait for the parcel to arrive. -to be more confident in facing variable type of people and customer. -have specialties room for staff to pray and friendly lactation room for breastfeeding mom so they can do a breast pumping happily. -have attractive kpi for monthly encouragement to motivate you to work and perform in daily job.

    Its a pleasure to work here.
    The good thingsGood and understanding employer. Strong teamwork among members. Salary are being paid twice per month. Having a very good environment especially in a branch station. Team members always cooperate very well in order to achieve monthly KPI's target.
