    The good thingsA place to good for learning development scheme. Based of management trust, you will be played as good role and loved it the working environment, they actually has good mentors and leaders but not all, only certain limit of middle management. They will be better company if always look the bottom level, especially Senior Executive or Executive Level. They are really work hard. They had good talent for company growth, but please give them chance and polish them, approach them, if take new employee actually can be wrong decision especially this current pandemic time. If take a new employee make sure he or she know what to do/ what exactly their role, if they don't or not sure just lowered a pride to take advice from subordinate (existing staff) or same level, good leader always good listener and discuss matters with manner. New comer not always be good to knowledgeable for the industry, why not keep it whatever you has to encourage and develope their talent. Yes take newcomer will be an new idea to strive due to the challenges but make sure that person not avoid your bottom level staff and respect them as one team, one vision.
    The challengesThe development scheme always many to offer you, for completed them. If select wrong person which that post been questionnaire by many party, shall eliminated or isolated, works has to carry out with right person, right experience and right knowledge. Technical not only learn in School or University but has to be practice, if that person are totally not up to that level, do not simply gave decision, kindly refer the right person even he or she is only subordinate level, trust must be there, why need to be insecure because not every people is born for technical guy.

    The good thingsIs able to enjoy the perks of using the club facilities for sports and recreational activities. A group that has diversified business entities such as property, automotive, education, hospitality (club & hotel). A platform to learn different business processes if you are young and competitive.
    The challengesThe group has been awhile in the market and has created a great name for themselves in the past, however with the recent market situation, there is a slight downfall in generating profitable income in a few affected business. The group has persevere since then til now, trust that they will strive on their business continuity and plans with it's employees and group predominantly.

    The good thingsI got skills, experiences such as in daily operation, documentation, collection and report. With such experience, I have gained exceptional skills in developing a close relationship with co-workers as well as a strong ability to communicate, motivate, and guide them in their jobs. I believe those qualities shall contribute significantly to the success to company.
    The challengesTime Management. it can be difficult when settling into a new job and adjusting to new responsibilities but it can solves due to have a good boss/ superior and also have good co-workers so they at least can help to prioritize our work.
