In this working environment I learnt to be more patient than ever, most complaints was in email which customers does not want to listen by phone, they prefer by email no eyes contact. The challengesHow to manage customers to understand our product which they dont really understand the concept and to gains customers trust in our product as we have our competitors around the corner. Every customers have their ideas which does not relevant to our concept and not easy to persuade but we manage and the company is going stronger till now.
Having good relation with the company and in very good terms, most of the customers known me as a friendly and helpful CS.
