Do NOT Join The Marketing Team
The good thingsPerm and sales team were really welcoming and helpful
The challengesLots of politics, monthly townhalls which were unnecessary as it takes away time from people to do actual work that generate revenue and lack of boundaries especially towards the marketing department where it's a one-man marketing team and be prepared to be promoted to 'marketing manager-office manage-HR manager etc'

Good in the beginning, bad at the end.
The good thingsYou need to learn how to swim yourself even though you have no swimming experience and clearly stated in your resume and discussed during the interview. This will make you a survivor. To survive u need to learn & fight by your own .
The challengesLack of support from HQ. Rude ,demotivating superior. HR department didnt even conduct an exit interview. Office politics.

The good things- Was having a very good and nice colleagues. - Flexible time to start work. - Flexible time to go out for lunch. - The working place also comfortable.
The challenges- How to stand out and impress the big boss. - Trying super duper hard to be recognised by your big boss without becoming a 'shoelicker'.
