What’s it like working at Adecco?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Adecco value their colleagues, describing team members as welcoming, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The company offers flexible working hours, allowing employees to adjust their start times and lunch breaks. Additionally, working at Adecco provides valuable experience and opportunities to develop skills independently.

However, there are some potential challenges, including a heavy workload with expectations of overtime during evenings, weekends, and public holidays without additional pay. Some employees have noted limited support from headquarters and a need for more structured onboarding. Office politics and navigating relationships with senior management can also be challenging, and there may be unclear role boundaries, particularly in smaller departments where multiple responsibilities are assigned.

Do NOT Join The Marketing Team
The good thingsPerm and sales team were really welcoming and helpful
The challengesLots of politics, monthly townhalls which were unnecessary as it takes away time from people to do actual work that generate revenue and lack of boundaries especially towards the marketing department where it's a one-man marketing team and be prepared to be promoted to 'marketing manager-office manage-HR manager etc'
