    The good thingsThe supervisor, superiors, and manager are very passionate on transferring and teaching knowledges and skills to intern who join the company. Not only that, the company provides bunch of benefits for intern.
    The challengesThe challenge that I faced during internship at Ads On is the communication between employees. The communication between employees are not the best nor the worst but the upper management should make more effort in building better communications and relationship between the employees especially the manager and others marketing executives in event marketing department.
