    THE MOST TERRIFYING INTERN EXPERIENCE
    The good thingsInternship can claim OT as well and you can learn if you survive internship here
    The challengesMicromanage managers and always have miscommunication. Today ask for other thing, when send the report everything is wrong. Did not know what is the managers expectation. She also ask me to come to factory at night shift time. Did not have work life balance eventhough only as intern.

    UNEXPECTED WORKING EXPERIENCE
    The good thingsFree food given to us during MCO period, helpful colleague, great environment and newly startup company
    The challengesEverything need to start from scratch. The management just know how to give orders but never see or really follow up on how things were execute. The production area is messy with carton box everywhere and some of operators need to do job in warehouse daily to find parts. Management is very bad, we do not know where to complaints. Human Resource department also is not friendly and do not communicate well with employee. We do not know what is our benefit entitlement and we always have problem with our salary payment/OT.
