    The good thingsall the senior was so helpful and always share the experience. they also always thought what a correct thing to do. my manager also very good in giving a task and explaining anything that i not sure or understand. so easy to communicate with each other.

    The good thingsThe company prioritized employee benefits, initiated and organized numerous programs to promote diversity and inclusion, such as Women's Day celebrations and multicultural and racial celebrations in Malaysia. The interdepartmental collaboration is effective, and training and development programs were implemented based on the TNA and requests to enhance competencies. The company continues to improve the facility and being transparent about its current condition.
    The challengesLimited space due to small building but there is a plan to upgrade the facility. Limited parking space too.
