    The good thingsOur HR Generalist, is very fast and swift HR, although she is busy. Colleagues here are very supportive but not suppressive. Very solid company indeed.

    Very high turnover rate
    The good thingsThe environment is good, provided new high spec laptop and mouse, very clean and nice work place, free drinks and snacks, spacious parking area.
    The challengesMicro management, a lot repetition report, and redundant process. US based MNC but no system, everything have to track manually. Totally dont have proper working hours, manager will simply call to complete some ad hoc report immediately at night, weekend, PH and even during your MC!
