Overall, it's a solid opportunity for career development, especially early in your career.
The challengesBenefits are somewhat limited, lead times can be quite tight, office roles don't include overtime pay, staffing levels are on the lean side, and machine maintenance could be stronger at times. These create a higher-pressure environment overall. I wish they could be better and improve one day.
