    Stagnant Career Growth & No KPI.
    The good thingsWork Life Balance, Flexible working Hours and 13th month Bonus.
    The challengesNo KPI (no annual appraisal), no career progression/ growth, low performance bonus and increment is very subjective. Inter-departments could not seem to work together. Factories in Germany, France & Singapore are not aligned. Super Poor HR support in SG office. Left company for better growth and pay.

    The challenges1. Reporting to Singapore Supervisor 2. Have to depend to the Singapore Office for back up and solutions of problem to be solved 3. A lot of quote to be done and a very short time
