The challengesNo KPI (no annual appraisal), no career progression/ growth, low performance bonus and increment is very subjective. Inter-departments could not seem to work together. Factories in Germany, France & Singapore are not aligned. Super Poor HR support in SG office. Left company for better growth and pay.
