A lot of Hype. Not willing to invest for new product and technology. Squeezing old version of product for new outcome..
The good thingsA lot of perks to attract talent and stay competitive with other giant MNC
The challengesyou can't go wrong as long as you are aligned with top management even though by principle they are "inaccurate"

    Deniability grews complacent attitude
The good thingsGood learning and starting point for fresh graduates. Wide exposure to work. Free meals with average benefits. Nice colleagues and alot of events going on to join.
The challengesNo OT pay, heavy workload, bad work-life balance. Unsystematic workflow and processes, yet management never properly addresses problems nor immediate actions taken even issues are constantly escalated. Often steeped in previous achievements instead of focusing on CURRENT problems, left current/new employees confused and eventually left the company.

    A nice working space
The good thingsThe whole environment in the company was harmony. Colleagues are very friendly and willing to help out. Space provided for work is comfortable.
The challengesNeed to understand the structure of the company and having the basic skills for the position will reduce the time for you to step on the right track.

    Potential local start up company
The good thingsFlexible working hours, as our task may not necessary be done in office, could also work from home, but workload is usually heavy, wont be able to have time to slack off. Don't have to worry about job insecurity. This particular position will be able to travel overseas and deal with foreign engineers. Steep learning curve, will have plenty of exposure.
The challengesMinimum Annual leaves, very low travel allowance, minimum benefits, NO 13th month salary, tend to value external talent than to upbringing own experience employees. Successful focal review still reflects very very little increment.

Good culture, more rooms for improvement
The good thingsFun working environment. Friendly colleagues, a place whereby I can learn a lot and explore new things. Flexible working hour. No attendance system. Work from home benefit. Petrol, phone bill, home data, medical, insurance benefit.
The challengesChinese literate . Since company is a public listed company, the management should hire multiracial employees. This can help to attract more shareholders and go international. Company should consider to provide a conducive working environment like other MNC (not necessarily to spend a lot of money) so that can attract young engineers to join the company.

    Working Life In Aemulus
The good thingsThe working culture that focuses on deliverable result, where you will shine brighter and earned your respect by creating value. The company hold firm to the 3 policies, which are Grow, Make Mistake and No Politic. In Aemulus, grooming engineer and treating us as the company pillar is essential. The company third policy also emphasizing on NO POLITIC which makes here a greater place to work in.
The challengesThe main challenge is adaptability to change and speed is essential. The working environment is extremely dynamic and fast switching in new projects handover often worn us out, yet brings the excitement over the sense of achievement. Engineering life in Aemulus is incredibly tough, where engineers needs to architect and design something out of nothing to fulfill the customer's need, and it was fun!

    Working at Aemulus in Brief
The good thingsChallenging environment and pretty steep learning curve for any assignment, a good training ground for those who want to upgrade their skills. The company also rewards the performers well.
The challengesLack of an environment and culture that encourage a strong bonding between employees and the company, which lead to high attrition rate. Projects timeline are typically short and sometimes unreasonable due to over committed by the sales and marketing team to the customers.
