- Management embracing and allowing the flexibility as the new working culture.
The challenges- Politic game is kinda strong within the organisation since the new top management joined.
- Required backend HQ staff to assist ground units despite the seriousness of COVID era within Klang Valley.
- A set of new top management and bring in new working culture might be good, but some of the middle management whom being retained seem like not able to adapt the change e.g., I was once being silenced for pointing out the fact that structural change is required for the middle and lower level of the organisation.
- Lack of opportunities for career development even though you did your best for the department / organisation.
- Direction of the organisation did not show appreciation towards Cost Centered Departments, financially and morale.
