    The good thingsThe co-workers were generally friendly. Salary on time.
    The challengesBias, finger pointing. You survive if you know how to rub shoulders with your superiors. Your good works filtered and top management don't see that.

    The challengesOver time payment, not to maximise it to just 4 hours per day especially when you’re lag of manpower.

    The challengesYou have to adapt to manager orders and changes in leadership structure. The hierarchy in Aeon is very strict maneuver this carefully

    The challengesdepends on each department and team, the higher ups, too many deadlines, project that is on going and upcoming. and salaries paid not high. no increment after confirmation. yearly increment based on performance. some pretenders and many more

    The challengesWorks are ok, but customers can be challenging for Mall Management team. Rents and utilities bills can be a headache to settle. Colleagues are somewhat ok.

    The challengesFor those using public transport need to ready when there have member day since for night shift might miss out the public transport. Aeon also very strict regarding their rules especially about your attire.
