    The good thingscan learn and gain knowledge about various department in retail industry, Aeon also provide cross department for his employee if they want to change their job but it is on term and condition
    The challengesprovide claim hour for executive level who work more than 9 hour in a day as their benefit. example: employee can collect claim hour based on Overtime/ claim hour made and can redeem as additional leave to employee when Overtime/ claim hour is sufficient to 8 hours work
