Established in 1969, Aerofoam is one of the leading manufacturers of bedding products based in Malaysia, and also one of the pioneers in the industry. The company currently consists of 220 dedicated, committed and experienced staff members. Our products include latex mattresses, pillows, cushions, spring mattresses, divans, headboards, as well as other bedding accessories.As a key latex producer, Aerofoam supports the country’s primary natural commodity by using 100% pure Malaysian rubber as its main raw material. We have gone from strength to strength by investing heavily in research and development, which has resulted in the development of efficient manufacturing processes using state of the art machinery.

Almost everything is poor

The good thingsIf you are looking for a company that you can chill, just take your salaries every month (but sometimes will delay), then here will be your favorite choices

The challengesHowever, im not recommend any young guys to have a job here. Poor management, poor benefits, bad career development.
