    Affinity Offshore Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in 2012 and now has office in East & West Malaysia, UK & Qatar.Affinity core personnel are highly experienced in Marine & Offshore Living Quarters, Technical Buildings & Specialist Onshore Design Projects from Inception to Completion. We have hired and actively trained a number of local architects and engineers to provide a low-cost centre for worldwide projects from our bases in Malaysia, UK & Qatar. The in-depth training of local personnel over the last 9 years by our experienced core personnel, has culminated in a team that procedure extremely high-quality design work for the most complex projects at very competitive rates.     The good thingsThe Management & Senior Personnel are very understanding & have a lot of time to spend teaching the staff. I learned a lot about design & standards in other countries around the world.
    The challengesThe working environment overall was very good, however the company could probably benefit from having more staff to cope with all the work coming in.
