    The good thingsI learn lots of knowledge on financial especially on the banking procedures. This job allowing me to sharpen my skills, especially on customer service. This company provided training for theirs staff. The best thing here is you could enjoy working under minimum supervision.
    The challengesThe customers are the most challenging, different people with different criteria and request. Stress level is slightly high and the pressure is on you to achieve the company goal/target. The company benefit is normal and there is not much space for you to develop.

    The good thingsA good environment where I could earn more knowledge on banking sector. A good team members where thought me a lots. Learn on how to manage customers. I become a multi tasking person, where I can do 2 jobs at once.
    The challengesDealing with customers are very challenging, sometimes it is very stressful and lead to emotional stress. Working daily with minimum supervision and the management did not bother on bottom line issues. Most of the staffs struggle on their own.

    The good thingsYou can learn new things and they are so experienced. What ever you do they will appreciate and reward the task that have been given to you. Every year you will get a bonus and increment as well. The more you give the more you get and the more you work you will get promoted very fast.
    The challengesYou need to work smart as every were you work also you need to compete with the challenges around you. Work load 70 over 100. Pressure 80 over 100 but the end you will be rewarded to what you had delivered to the organization as well.
