The good thingsA young, dynamic and driven company led by a leader with a strong and clear vision. It has a family oriented culture where there are plenty of opportunities to work and play hard. I find people are generally very helpful and willing to share their knowledge and experience. Bosses are understanding and willing to take employee's ideas and suggestions.

The challengesAs the company is growing so fast, it is less structured and processes are not perfect. Sometimes the job role is not very clearly defined, as staff are required to do more than their stated job scope.
