The company is a large multinational corporation with over 20,000 employees globally. However, the employee benefits, including annual leave and Medical, are more aligned with those typically offered by small to medium-sized enterprises.
The good thingsThe company culture and team dynamics are generally positive. However, there are significant opportunities for improvement regarding employee well-being and benefits. Our human resources team could benefit from a more strategic focus on these areas to better support the workforce.

Plenty of opportunities for career development!
The good thingsInterns are well treated and given opportunities almost just like other employees. Tasks given are of current and actual projects hence giving a clear picture of how working in the industry actually is. Plenty of guidance given by other staffs from different departments to ensure interns are well informed of the bigger picture of the local and global aviation industry.
The challengesSince interns are usually working on real life projects, the workload can sometimes be a little bit too much for an intern. The pressure of catching deadlines and working on the same and tedious tasks can also add some stress during work. However the more work is done, the more exposure interns will get which in turn will enhance the internship experience.
