    The good thingsi'm enjoy the working environment here. plus the boss adapt democratic style in making decision. so, all the problem or conflict in the organization can be solve and achieve satisfaction of all parties. moreover, the workers and top management have behavior to be friendly and respect each other.beside, as in financial depertment i relise that this company emphasizes social responsibility toward
    The challengesi found difficult challenging of meeting. the meeting would make me rushing to settle of the thing of my scope of work. beside, i have to delay of making account and other payment or cheque. futhermore, I rushing to pay cheque to settle the expenses. i have to be hurry to get approval of top management and president. some taks is hour by hour which is i have to submit task the just gave to me.
