Now the company has succeeded in becoming one of the leading “contract manufacturers” in Malaysia where the company’s main customers are successful leaders in terms of sales of cosmetics, herbs and supplements.The company now has around 200 employees. Al-Faiz Holdings now produces a wide range of roselle-based food and beverage products, health supplements in the form of softgels, tablets, sachets and powders. In addition, the company also manufactures cosmetic products such as soap, toothpaste and skincare.As an OEM manufacturer, our products are made according to customer specifications. We have facility for cosmetics production line from small scale to high end capacity that can produce soap bar, toothpaste, external cream and liquid, lipstick, and compact powder form.     The good thingsGreat colleague, can learn from each other.
    The challengesSalary offer very high but No salary paid.some of employee dont even get 10cent . No payment .. how come employer not able to pay salary but still hire people. Hope they will repent and not taking advantage on other people energy and time.

    The challengesDont waste your time to work here. The employer made a lots of promises but none ever come through. Very stingy for not paying a whole month salary. So much problem, especially the employer.
