    More cons than pros.
The good thingsGood amount of experience. Opportunity to have direct engagement with clients while being in audit trainee position.
The challengesShort staffed but too many client. Audit trainee have to cover staff's job. Late payment of claim. Audit trainee have to pay for their own transport to go to the client's office. Mind you we only receive allowance that's only half of thousand. Short deadline. Sometimes we have to finish awp for 3 client in just 1 month (it could be more than that). Too many urgent job. The company takes many urgent job that need to be finish faster despite being in peak period.

The good thingsCan learn multi industry and colleagues are good and manager quite friendly.
The challengespoor benefits firm and super low pay and poor operation control... No annual leave for first year, they say freeze your annual leave until you have 1 year service in firm, no medical claim, no any allowance other than food allowance, travelling allowance when outside audit. Management very selfish.

    Good Exposure Through Workload Given
The good thingsGood exposure for fresh graduate as you'll be assigned to different portfolio each time. Usually, junior level will have the opportunity to solely handle the job under senior's supervision, and you will learn from the mistake you made eventually.
The challengesIt's getting tough during peak period, sometimes it went out of control and stressful because of too much workload and working overtime. Choose your friend wisely for motivation and to keep you on track. YNWA.

    Flexible and Rewarding
The good thingsI manage my own clients with support from the company. The compensation package is very attractive because it allows me to manage my time and clients. The support services is great hence making it easier to deal with clients. I have complete autonomy on my affairs in term of soliciting new clients and forging new collaborations. The top management is helpful and reasonable.
The challengesSince I manage my own clients, that directly compensate my monetary reward. The harder and smarter I do my work, the better it is for me. Contributing to growth of this firm means ensuring personal growth.

    Good work experience
The good thingsI think this company is a good platform to start off a career. The environment is great, culture, people. You will learn alot about what the company does. Staff able to give advise and guidance to shape our skills and abilities. Some bosses are kind and helpful.
The challengesIf you are an auditor/accountant, the pressure and stress level is quite high especially during peak periods where sometimes there are not enough staffs to help around and meeting the deadline for every work is quite challenging. The work-life balance is not so good.

The good thingsLove the job, but not the working environment. This is quite a good working place except for the petty office politics by some so called senior rank staffs. Should better compensate good staffs who really work their butts off. Working overtime doesn't mean you contribute more, as I believe working efficiently is better than working overtime.
The challengesManagement should instill some rules to control the so called higher ranks staffs who are finding faults for no particular reason. The company should work as a team and not fighting to see which department rakes in more income. And also debt collection should be the responsibility of the team and not others.
