The challengesShort staffed but too many client. Audit trainee have to cover staff's job.
Late payment of claim. Audit trainee have to pay for their own transport to go to the client's office. Mind you we only receive allowance that's only half of thousand.
Short deadline. Sometimes we have to finish awp for 3 client in just 1 month (it could be more than that).
Too many urgent job. The company takes many urgent job that need to be finish faster despite being in peak period.
