Essentially a low cost call centre
The good thingsGood career progression and learning experience. The best thing about the company was the people that worked there. I would not recommend anyone working there whether it is for their internal team or if you are a contractor.
The challengesIt is all a lie. They do not practice what they preach. Externally, they tell contractors and candidate that they care about them but internally, everyone is viewed as a walking invoice. They treat internal employees terribly, screaming, shouting and yelling is a daily routine. They promise the sky but only gives you sky juice.
