I am a man heart of STEEL
The good thingsDifferent culture with many things can be learned from those communicated in each day of working. Using a lot of physical strength that makes body becoming more fit and healthy, free meal and free hostel provided.
The challengesChina mainland worker mostly cant communicate in english, instead need to use mandarin to communicate and it becoming more difficult to lead people who can't understand chinese. The superior would not give a chance at all to local workers to do O.T and there is a lot of paperwork of every day to sign on the O.T form.

The challenges1. China Chinaman Management is a bit hard to adapt to Malaysian culture even though they already worked so many years in Malaysia. 2. It would be good if the management were willing to convert contract staff to permanent staff after reviewing their performance.
