    Great for those who want to learn, not for those who want work-life balance, great salary and career enhancement
    The good thingsThe company have system eventhough less advance than MNC but still one of the best system in comparison to other factory/company around the area, remuneration is average.
    The challengesThe company management is quite challenging. And working with senior staff is triple challenging, some of them giving excuse of not helping out. Some department are low in technical skill making it difficult to some department to work with, especially from quality engineering

    The good thingsAll staffs have access to the in-house trainings, active sport club, good colleagues, not much office politics, networking
    The challengesalthough half of the company revenue came from hardwork of this department (project source,bidding/proposal etc) yet still difficult to request the recources, high turnover so quite difficult to maintain the SOP, budget micromanaged, must be highly competent and it's not a place where you can do experimental, upper management style

    A good place to learn mould design & plastic injection
    The good thingsThis company good at their mould design and plastic injection process. You can expect a well verse personnel available to consult regarding this area of expertise. However, their basic foundation in assembly line is not strong enough. This company need more time to re-do their assy line and re-train their assy personnel (including mid-management and top-management).
    The challengesIt is stressful to work with their old timer here. People with more than 7 years of experience in working here is hard to deal with, and of course their seniority making some of them stingy in sharing knowledge and information. Apart from that, poor top management will always shifting the blame onto the mid-management for their lacking in determining the future direction of the company.

    Career enhancement is not here
    The good thingsWorking environment is reasonable with great colleague. Salary increased annually very little just enough to pay your internet bills.
    The challengesCompete with other personnel and sometimes required to transfer internally to other departments makes your burden increased.
