    The good thingsTons of company events available and open to join. Love the snacks provided in the pantry. Colleagues were friendly and lovely. A company that put focal point in good virtue amongst interaction, life and work.

    The good thingsAlphatel is a company that provides learning and development to all employees no matter which job grade you are. Really impressed with their People-First & Embracing Values which one of the company mission is "To continuously groom our EMPLOYEES into future LEADEARS". Thanks for all top managements and colleagues for their selfless sharing and teaching. Everyone is very positive and motivative. This is definitely the best company I've joined since I stepped into my career life.
    The challengesI would say the biggest challenge for me in this company will be I need to have strong ability to multitask. Other than that, all good.

    The good thingsGreat environment with a lot of snacks available in pantry. All the colleagues and seniors even manager are very friendly and helpful. A lots of after work activity such as badminton session and team dinner will be held by the superior. A lots of allowances can be claimed after probation period.
    The challengesSo far there is no much challenges in the work since every one are willing to help each other. But for those who doesn't like to hang out too much might be a con for them since there are quite many team building activities.
