20% reward and 80% punishment The working experience was good back then, we were given a lot opportunities to learn and apply our knowledge. However, things are different nowadays, the company is implementing penalty(usually monetarily) on almost every mistake you make, hence the learning through mistake model is no longer viable here.

Overwhelming Workload, Limited Support, and Stagnant Career Growth: A Challenging Environment for Outlet PharmacistsPros: -Exposure to diverse tasks, enhancing skill development. Cons: -High workload with overlapping responsibilities from various departments. -Unrealistic KPIs and sales targets. -Limited staff benefits, with partial medical claims and no dental, optical or other support. -Labour-intensive quarterly stock counts. -No performance bonuses or sales rewards, despite high expectations and targets. -Numerous ongoing projects and sales events, leading to increased pressure and workload. -Lack of career progression; despite undergoing extensive training and assessments over an extended period, promotion opportunities remain unfulfilled. Career advancement appears to be heavily dependent on outlet sales performance and location, with limited transparency in the promotion criteria. -Occasional misalignment between internal strategies and outlet-level performance metrics.
