Decent yet challenging. The good things1) Salary is significant here as it follows how you perform in your position.
2) Incentive quite good if you polish your skills in sales.
3) Training; a lot of modules you can learn which is you will gain a lot of knowledge.
4) Working environment (really depends on outlet you will go, it is very subjective) for me, I have good colleagues and PIC.
5) I can say they have good management.
The challenges1) Rest day is different for everyone, some people will get straight 2 days and some just got alternate day. (P/S: I don't have any problem with rest day,but some people want to rest on weekends right?but logically it is retail,we opened everyday)
2) You have to know about medicine, catch up faster, it is very difficult for none science background. (Tough for a few months only, after that you will be good if you are hardworking & willing to learn, Alpro will never leave u behind)
3) Stock day is very tiring. Sometimes you will fight with your colleagues due to stock arrangements.
4) Many events till you become lost what promotion is going on. Sometimes just too much sales and voucher need to catch up.
5) If you are interested in Nutritionist/Dietitian position you need to be prepared as it could be tougher for the first 2 years. (But,trust me it's all worth it!,)
If you asked for staff benefits, not so many, just good incentive here, for medical not so many you can claim.
