    The good thingsable to engage with an array of individuals coming from various background and appreciate what we have on hand. The pharmacist manager has a vision, which is to train leaders to create more leaders.
    The challengesAdapting to new environment that values professionalism, you really have to be mentally strong to be confident and train yourself to be an expert in pharmaceutical knowledge.
