Toxic manager in the AP team, with noticeable favoritism and biased treatment among employees
The good thingsFlexible working hours, annual leaves, PH falls on weekend earned half day of replacement leave, nice colleagues
The challengesNo bonus for the past three years. Toxic management. Favoritism and office politics are common. Feedback is often taken personally instead of professionally. Salaries are below market rate. Management is not willing to offer higher pay to hire the right people, and internal promotions come with very small increments. Strong politics between departments, especially at senior management level.
