    Rewarding experience, if you've got what it takes
    The good thingsRecognises good talents based on performance, and rewards accordingly. Nice people, with similar interests especially in doing good for the society. No politics although people issue is always there when you work in agency.
    The challengesSometimes the bosses are too nice that the people who are performing below average are taking advantage. Good and driven people end up doing more to cover up for someone else's inefficiency

    Nice place, but bad management
    The good thingsNice people, and you get to work with the most passionate ECD there is, Alvin Teoh. Naga does great and passionate work.
    The challengesThere are alot of issues with the management, and Naga has not been doing very well financially. Bonuses were given out, but not to all, and increments are so low. Management needs to acknowledge and recognize their employees who are front lining the agency everyday. Pretty stressful here.. depending on the account you handle.
