The company is decent, the working environment and people who work there are really terrible.
The good thingsHR department that genuinely cared about employee welfare and handled matters fairly and professionally. Strong technical knowledge by working in old factory, learning troubleshooting skills, and adapting to different working methods.
The challengesIt was a highly stressful and unhealthy workplace culture, where negativity and lack of support made it difficult to breathe & think like normal human being.

A positive working environment will always encourage people to return and continue working at this company.
The good thingsWorking here offers a competitive salary for fresh graduates. There's plenty to learn and gain experience, especially from the elder employees with long service. The work-life balance is excellent—after work hours, no one will disturb you unless it's an emergency. When it comes to training and development, the management is supportive and highly encourages everyone to continuously improve themselves.
The challengesThe challenges of working here include dealing with outdated work methods and old machinery. Additionally, you're often required to multitask and cover for others who have left but haven't been replaced yet. Bonuses and increments have become less apparent over the years. Getting approval for projects is also time-consuming due to the many levels of authorization required.
