Grass looks greener after leaving ;)The good thingsThere is always pros and cons in working environment. The pros here is, this is a company where teach you how to conduct a duty without a fail. They teach to teach you, lawyers are wonderful, caring and will put some initiative to look into something and will give their ears to listen if there is any problem in regards to our duties. In a nutshell, this company is suitable fro those who is studying law part time and intend to learn their job while studying.
The challengesFor me, life itself is a challenge so there is nothing to mention about challenges here. Job is a job, if you do not know about the work, there are hands to help you out. Other than that, there is some office politics which i cant bear with it. Overall, its fine.
