Good to learn a lot of things and need to be actively involve in everything.
The good thingsLot of things can be learn. From technical to report.
The challengesLot of things need to know. Bad management where HOD want engineer to know everything instead of only the job assign. Lot of ad-hoc work and lies in reporting. Need to actively involve in everything and updated everything if want to get good appraisal.

Just ok, but it good for fresh graduate to start here,, you will learn so much thing
The good thingsHaving good colleagues and superiors is the best part of my department. Other than that, the benefits here are pretty standard—time off, meal allowance, dental coverage, and no issues with performing prayers. The salary is average for a fresh graduate with 1+ year of experience.
The challengesOne challenge here is dealing with a micromanaging boss. Also, there has been a gap in salary... if you know, you know (IYKYK). Too much work is assigned to one person, and at times, overtime is necessary

The good thingsThe Top management mindset is slowly opening, changing and listening to the employees. Overall are improving in order to compete for the talents! Now the remuneration package, compensation and benefits are getting better in order to retain and attract the talents. The bonus can go up to 6 months (no joke!)

One of the worst company ever in 2021
The good thingsBenefits are slightly better than some of the local companies around the area
The challengesA high turnover rate in this company is the norm. There is no improvement done for this company, and this company is way behind other companies in terms of development. The system they are using is from the 90s, and HR recruitment work is way behind as it's still in the 90s. Things here are so manual that I mean paperwork manual, keeping record using excel calculate things manually.

Worst management, anything good you do is for yourself development, do not expect anything from top management if you do great things.
The good thingsGood opportunity of carreer growth especially for fresh graduate, stable local steel company, happy working environment, good cooperation from workers.
The challengesWorst top management, worst increement, bell curve appraisal that already set by the top management, old machinery that need a lot of work to maintain, stingy top management and that things will effect the annual increement & annual bonus.High turn over rate

    Not Happy
The good thingsCan gain some experience for fresh graduates in here. It's a public listed local company with some slightly above average benefits compared to other local company
The challengesA lots of manual work, worst SOP, need to work overtime because of the obsolete system implemented long time ago. A traditional company that unwillingly to change to new things, or management are unwillingly to invest more on new things to help the company in their operational routine. There are a lots of political issues in this company as well.

    Very Good
The good thingsThey teach me every single thing because i dont have any knowledge in admin assistant. The environment here very good and they let muslim people pray and they let men pray for solat jumaat. If someone in this department have trouble doing his or her work, we will help them and they think each other as one big family
The challengesThere a lot of work that cannot be undone in one days, people should help each other doing their work if they had free time.
