    The challengessuperior only condemn our work but never guide or provide solution. superior keep on condemning on supplier and vendors until they reluctant to sell product or provide services. everyone working under heavy stress because of all the unconstructive scold and blaming. very unhealthy work place.

    The good thingsThe only good thing is friendly colleague. Good place for heavy alcoholic person
    The challengesSenior staff reluctant to change, top management did not share out the direction clearly and firmly. Should not smoke and drink alcohol in office environment. If you have tons of experiences, this place will not appreciate because they will go back to what they used to practice. Should be humble and humility in such business field but due to a decade plus in the market, they thought they are the best but in actual, they only depend onto sister companies as they top revenue. very high turnover of manpower from top to bottom.

    The good thingsNo. At all. Is a nighare for me. But the good thing is I can learn all the things. From production to logistic to administration to sales. Because this company always short of manpower. I need to done these things by my own.
    The challengesMy home to my company only 5 minutes distance but I always got home over 8pm. And although public holiday still need to work because out of man power (of cause my boss told me no need to do so but when things is not getting done he will ask why?) Need to go to airport fetch foreign worker and they arrived malaysia at mid night! Forgot to say, I was 3 months preggie woman.
