    The good thingsColleague quite friendly except few seniors.
    The challengeslook for changes but not in the reality. noone is better only the management is right. no good career path and trainings.

    The good thingsThe only good thing is friendly colleague. Good place for heavy alcoholic person
    The challengesSenior staff reluctant to change, top management did not share out the direction clearly and firmly. Should not smoke and drink alcohol in office environment. If you have tons of experiences, this place will not appreciate because they will go back to what they used to practice. Should be humble and humility in such business field but due to a decade plus in the market, they thought they are the best but in actual, they only depend onto sister companies as they top revenue. very high turnover of manpower from top to bottom.
