The challengesInternal operating process & tasks allocation are messy around, cross-department or internal itself and job scope are not properly coordinated, lack of communication surrounded, leading to duplicate tasks carried out or not implement the tasks at all.

No centralized website/portal to search for information/documents, need people to help send over the link to inform, information updated is also hard to find & keep track.
No all staff is good to deal with.
Very high expectation on boss, ideal is very unrealistic, impractical to achieve objective.
Need to know about the staff grade (Contract/Outsource, Open-contract & Permanent) and category because each grade has different benefits/perks. Open-contract is normally below Permanent, no need to renew contract yearly, lower benefits and incentives, likewise Permanent has higher benefits and perks, their jobs are also heavier, this is for slight higher rank staff.
