    Have a good boss and colleagues
    The good thingsThe boss and colleagues are very kind and willing to help each other solve problems together. Even in different departments, sometimes I have any questions to ask, they are very willing to teach and will not let you carry it alone. Most of them are relatively young, so they all study together and help the company progress together. They are very united.
    The challengesOften need to work overtime to meet the submission deadline.
