The challengesTo maintain a good relationship with the colleague is a challenges as there are a lot of department in the company. To keep a good teamwork with the colleague from different department also a challenges when i was working here. Learning how to having a good communication skill no matter with colleague or customer. Arrange the time properly so that can finish the task on the deadline.
