    The good thingsManagement is good. Staff also very kind and nice. Staff welfare being protected. There is training provided by the company to the staff. Having a team work in the workplace to achieve the target. The job is very meaningful as we distribute the medicine to the hospital and clinic for the patient need. We're not only colleague/ team,but a big family that help each other no matter what it is.
    The challengesTo maintain a good relationship with the colleague is a challenges as there are a lot of department in the company. To keep a good teamwork with the colleague from different department also a challenges when i was working here. Learning how to having a good communication skill no matter with colleague or customer. Arrange the time properly so that can finish the task on the deadline.
