Course Development

The good thingsI enjoyed to developed course for aircraft maintenance program. We worked as a team and I managed to prepare syllabus, budgets, content of program and proposals. Besides that we make sure all the facilities for the program organized and prepared for new students. My teammates working great with me.

The challengesI have faced some difficulty through out the development such as to get the information and materials to develop the program. It took few weeks to gather all materials to prepare and develop the aircraft maintenance program.
