First class Job space in a Hotel building
The good thingsYou learn a lot about going through Agile and communication with your Agile coach and Senior Engineers that have to approve your code commits. You will have the best machine for software development and world-class refreshments free flow.
The challengesEffective Communication is a challenge for few challenged social-anxiety personals. The company really expects you to communicate with everyone in the company regardless and have a character(ie: When i cut my hair bald, they had actually expect me NOT to cut my Afro hair).

    No work life balance
The good thingsno restriction for internet access and nice pantry
The challengesToo much Over-Time and too much micro managing. Poor planning for the project. Not sure about the company's direction. No signs for opportunities for career development. Turnover rate is high.

Not for people who can't OT everyday include weekend
The good thingsHigh Pay salary (they are willing to give you the amount you request).
The challenges- Poor Management. - Lack of experience and skills with Agile Methods. - No communication between team, issue everywhere when the system need integrate between teams. - No proper planning on workload, expect you to OT everyday. - You will save a lot of replacement leave but you do not have time to use it, cause after one release the next release will also require you to OT.

One of the best working cultures and enviroments to work in
The good thingsAppspace promotes work life balance by providing employees flexibility of time and working from home; a pantry that is stocked up with cereal, snacks, fruit, bread, hot and cold drinks; a recreation area that's filled with bean bags, video games, and a ping-pong table; and it's in the heart of KL, next door to KLCC ... one couldn't ask for a better place to work at, than here at Appspace.
The challengesNothing much really, as they do try to improve day by day ...

Is a fairly, good company. I would think twice before leaving
The good things- Flexible working hours - Using latest technologies. - Free snack, drinks, coffee, fruits - PS4 and ping pong table - Casual attire - Location wise, next to KLCC and easily accessible. - Gives you parking allowance(not full but still considerable and only after confirmed) - Dental and Glasses allowance. (confirmed staffs only)
The challenges- No training - you need to quickly adapt to the working environment - HR is a bit new in the company. Most policy is still pending. - If you're in the engineering dept, most probably you wont have chances to travel - Despite having parking allowances, there's no allowance for those using public transport (this is still unknown yet, see point 2) - No medical support for family members
