    The good thingsYou learn a lot about going through Agile and communication with your Agile coach and Senior Engineers that have to approve your code commits. You will have the best machine for software development and world-class refreshments free flow.
    The challengesEffective Communication is a challenge for few challenged social-anxiety personals. The company really expects you to communicate with everyone in the company regardless and have a character(ie: When i cut my hair bald, they had actually expect me NOT to cut my Afro hair).
