    No clear plan for the future..childish bosses

    The challengesLack of learning opportunities, fails to promote mentorship, offers little more than the role you’ve applied for. There’s no learning-and-development offerings. It's the stagnant company is one to stay away from as well because it places little to no emphasis on helping you meet your long-term career goals. While this type of company may work for some job seekers looking for a very particular type of job, for many it presents a dead-end. No clear plan for the future, employees don't know long-term goals, senior leadership fails to adequately communicate.

    Learn a lot, gain a lot
    The good thingsFor the past years I learnt a lot about the company business. Since the company started to expand, I need to create and find new ideas and ways to improve the company procedures and going beyond my capabilities. The experience makes me more independent and mature in handling people. Its a great place for those loves the adventure and challenges.

    Immense learning experience, reputable company in O&G
    The good thingsI have learned a lot during my years with Aquaris as everyone in the company is very helpful.The learning opportunities are numerous if you have the initiative and the leadership at the top is pretty supportive. Bonuses are benefits are not compromised even during the storms in the O&G industry as the Company is still standing strong and stable during the tough time. The number of employees at the office is not big, hence everyone got really close to all the colleagues at work.
    The challengesIt can be quite hectic and challenging during the tender process as it is one of the most competitive contractor in O&G industry.

    The good thingsat first, seems like this company had a good professionalisme. But later, its so terrible. I just stay there for a year and i gambled to tender. I am not gaining any experience there, as my role is qhse coordinator, management cooperation and support is very important but they failed to do that.
    The challengesIts very hard to communicate with the top management, they are very not supportive and they can kick you as they want without any valid reason.
