    The good thingsStaff friendly As a cafe chef all the kitchen equipment new.
    The challengesManagement poor, no benefit . Worked alone at kitchen as chef, kitchen helper, Steward n pickup call but salary pay not worth it. Overtime pay for chef very little.

    The good thingsInability to judge someone during an interview. This is due to the panel of interviewer from other department which, it is not related to a job scope description. Neglecting the potential of a personnel without making a proper screening based on profile past track record.
