Great Experience With A&T - Arcadis & TowellThe good thingsmy employers + management are great, the bonding with bosses and staffs are great there's no barrier, we being treat equally, the benefit are awesome even though we are working under contract basis, we learnt lot of things & explore etc experienced,just wish if have chance - my ex company & the same team of expat receive an offer on next expansion of Vale Phase 2 i would really want to join back!!
The challengesthe expat staffs from brazil mostly not so good in their english but we managed to conversation slowly until both of us are good in english. we helps each other in terms of job, surroundings, respect each other and to explain more about our Malaysia Country & Malaysian peoples.
