Pretty Good ExperienceThe good thingsDecent workplace, directors are good and reasonable. Workload is dependant on project/clients, could be hell or the exact opposite. Colleagues are alright, no animosity or toxic politics. Plenty of company events, luncheons and gatherings, even with alumnis. Annual company trip overseas.
The challengesWhen it's busy, it gets really busy. Might need to handle several projects at once. Can look at it either way, whether it is good experience in managing workload, or bad because it sometimes causes stress.
